My style of yoga is very unique, compassionate and inclusive, and right at the heart of it is the belief that yoga truly is for EVERY body.
If you have a body and you can breathe,
you can do yoga.
I specialise in self-love, body positivity and empowerment for the mind, body and soul. I encourage my yogis to focus on how the body feels, not how it looks, whilst holding a safe, supportive and peaceful space for you to be nothing more than your authentic self.
